The name Estanzia honors the traditional historic name of Tanza.

And because Tanza is a seaside municipality historically until now that we want to reminisce the seaside living of Tanza’s heritage.

This concept of seaside living frames the identity and culture of this project.

Creative Directives

• Filipino look (always!)
• Must use patterns and colors to reflect the water, wave formations and sails of traditional boats (thus, presence of asymmetrical trapezoids)

39 kms away from Manila or an hour drive via CAVITEX; with wide open plains for farming;  coastline for fishing and lined up with beach resorts, this “seaside municipality” is fast becoming one of the most sought after destination south of Manila.

Tanza boasts of rapid growth. 

Home of the Cavite Gateway Terminal, the first roll-on, roll-off barge terminal in the Philippines. Tanza was chosen as the site due to its strategic location (within 5 to 30 kilometers from its radius) to a number of major economic zones in Cavite (CEPZA and FCIE)
